Welcome to the Walnut Grove 2026/2027 Season

GREEN WALNUTS (Nov-Dec)

Our 2026 harvest will kick off with our immature walnut harvest known as "Green Walnuts" that will be picked to order in late November to early December. Green walnuts are picked at around 30-45grams and 30-40mm wide. There are approximately 25-30 green walnuts per 1kg.

The minimum order for green walnuts is 3kg.

Postage is calculated via out website. Buyer must select "Express Post" as the system does not default. Due to the delicate fruit like nature of the walnuts at this stage of their development, we will not post vis standard post.

UNDRIED WALNUTS IN SHELL (March)

Undried walnuts in shell are picked when the husks start to crack, picking at this stage ensures the internal Kernel flesh is still white and rubbery inside. We recommend selecting express postage for undried walnuts as the internal Kernel naturally starts to dry as songs the husk is picked from the tree.

DRIED WALNUTS IN SHELL (April until sold out)

Dried walnuts are walnuts in shell that have been picked, cleaned and left to dry naturally for approximately 2 weeks in our processing sheds. Drying walnuts naturally at room temperature is what gives our walnuts their sweet creamy taste.
